MEETINGS AND UPCOMING EVENTS – REGISTER TODAY!
The Indianapolis Professional Photographers Guild meets once per month on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm. We also have several special events each year. Our monthly meetings and some of our special events are usually held at the Library Restaurant and Pub, 2610 S Lynhurst Dr., Indianapolis. We’ll meet upstairs in their Banquet Room.
The members rate for meetings is $24 ! Members get a reduced rate for the monthly meetings, but non-members are welcome too! Non-member pricing is $44! (appetizers, dinner, and drinks purchased separately, at attendees expense, from shortened, custom menu made exclusively for IPPG) Register for 2019 membership here….

2019 Meeting Schedule
The following is our general schedule for 2019. Once registration is open, events will also show up under “Upcoming Events” below.
February 5- 2019 Kickoff with PPA – Kristen Harman from PPA will help us learn and navigate the benefits we have with PPA. We will also have a chance to ask questions that allow us to maximize our memberships. We are also excited to have a nice business intro from Iris Works own Meredith Gradle to learn about another option in business management.
February 8th-Jen Rozenbaum (Roberts Camera Event) Roberts has extended free admission to their 2 hour workshop with Jenn Rozenbaum as a benefit to our members through our growing relationship with Roberts. Thank you Roberts!
March 2- Full Day competition merit program with Christie and Rich Newell. Christie and Rich are going to help us understand competition from a whole new perspective allowing us all to grow during this 2019 competition season!
March 5- Our very own Nancy Bailey will be presenting on Personality Types – We will learn how to identify and maximize our customer’s experience utilizing this information. From the sales room to organizing our shoots, understanding people and their needs is a very important way to “bridge the gap”.
April 2- Dauss Miller – Dauss is a local commercial talent that has been in our community and will deliver a program on fashion photography and provide information about that experience both behind from a business and a shooting perspective.
May 7– We are planning a technical workshop including Photoshop and/or Lightroom.
June 4- Dave Pluimer- Dave is another local talent that is doing great things with food photography and some other product commercial work as well.
July 2- Picnic- in the works filled with fun, food, raffle, demos, and hands on shooting!
August- State Fair and merit program in the works
September- Roberts Camera Demo, Trade In, and Purchase event
October 1- Inspiration and motivation– Stay tuned
November- Keynote Speaker: To be announced soon!
December 3- Awards and Holiday Banquet- Another wonderful night to celebrate one another!
